The Business Services Department, headed by the District's Director of Finance and Operations, is responsible for the oversight and direct management of the Business Office, food service, buildings and grounds, technology and administrative information services for the St. Francis School District. Functions include development, implementation and administration of a $16M annual budget, short and long-range strategic financial planning, payroll and fringe benefit administration, purchasing, inventory control, cash management, financial accounting and reporting and management of facility upgrades and major maintenance projects.
