Dear 6th Grade Parents/Guardians,
The sixth grade general music class is beginning to learn to play the acoustic guitar in class. The school owns 15 guitars, so students are going to be doubling up on guitars. If your child wishes to bring and use their own guitar (acoustic or electric) they may do so, but only with your permission!
Please understand that it is the student’s responsibility to bring their guitar to every music class. If they do not bring their guitar, they will have to share with another person. If you do not want them to bring their guitar, they will be able to use the school's guitar and their grade will not be affected.
Please sign below, indicating you are allowing your student to bring their guitar to use at school. They may keep it here (in the locked music room), if they wish.
