My name is Kimberly Nash and I have been an educator for several years.  In 2004, I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education from St. Xavier University and began teaching 4^th grade in the Chicago Public School system.  In 2006, I married Joseph, my childhood friend and moved to Wisconsin where I began my work as a substitute teacher.  In 2008, I was hired by the  St. Francis School District to be a reading intervention specialist and eventually moved on to teach 1^st grade and K5 students.  This is my second year teaching five-year old kindergarteners who are able to benefit from my educational and professional training in Early Reading Empowerment (ERE).

My husband and I have a blended family that includes Joseph (23), Ryan (19), Nakeya (18), and Khiera (17).  My favorite things to do when I am not teaching are reading and spending quality time with my family.
