I  have joyfully dedicated the larger portion of my life to the development of the young child.  My educational background of a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and graduate level courses in education coupled with approximately 25 years as a teacher enable me to understand that learning is a multifacted process.  I have the ability to apply knowledge and theory to instructional programs which meet the needs of my students.  I truly enjoy the difference among our children and the unique way each child responds to the educational process.  Teaching has brought me a tremendous sense of happiness and gratitude.  That sense of satisfaction allows me to enjoy my leisure time activities of boating, reading and having conversations that make me laugh among friends.  I sincerely look forward to each new school year and the excitement that the students bring into my life!
