I'm Laura Cogburn, first grade teacher at Willow Glen Primary School.  I've been in the St. Francis School District for 14 years, having taught reading and third grade previously.  I received my bachelor's degree in Education from Baylor University, Waco, Texas, in 1983.  In 2001, I received my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, with a license in reading.  Prior to moving to Wisconsin in 1997, I lived in New Jersey for fourteen years where I directed and taught in an early childhood education program. My husband and I have two children ages 25 and 22.  My hobbies are gardening, knitting, and spending time with my two cats.
