My name is Mary Koch and am the Library Media Specialist for the St. Francis School District. I have been teaching for over 10 years and have been a teacher in the district since 2007. After many years in the classroom, I am looking forward to new challenges in the libraries of all three schools!

I attended Beloit College for my undergraduate degree and later went on to get my degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Mount Mary College. I continue to update my knowledge of how students learn best through courses and workshops, and I recently completed my Master's degree in Educational Technology from Marian University.

When I am not at school, you will find me at home with my family. I am married and have one son who is a sophomore in high school. We enjoy spending time together up north - fishing, hiking and boating. I also enjoy gardening, photography, golf, and of course - reading!
