REQUIREMENTS FOR HOMEWORK

• Correct and complete heading.  Includes complete name, date of assignment, block (class hour), assingnment #'s
• Students are expected to start all math problems with the necessary equation 
• SHOW ALL WORK
• Try to complete all problems.  If all problems are not completed, a specific question needs to be written on the page in place of the incomplete problem.
