Course Despription

Concert Band is the premier instrumental ensemble at St. Francis High School. This ensemble performs a wide range of music including Wind Ensemble pieces as well as transcriptions of pieces for other ensembles. This ensemble performs at several concerts throughout the year and performs as a pep band at several home football and basketball games. Students will learn about music primarily through performance on their instruments, but will also be engaged in a variety of other activities.
