Grades 4-5 general music meets every three days for 50 minutes at a time.  Students in 6th grade can participate in either general music or band and meet every other day for 50 minutes.  In class students participate by singing songs, moving, playing instruments and learning how to write and read music.  Band is offered to 5th through 8th graders.  5th grade band meets once per week and 6/7/8th grade band meets every other day.  Choir is offered to 7/8th graders as well and meets every other day.
