The English Team is committed to making certain all students have the opportunity to develop essential skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening.  All students at SFHS take 4 years of English and have the opportunity to enroll in Advanced Placement (AP) English Literature their senior year.  For students that need additional assistance in developing proficiencies in reading and writing, additional opportunities are available through our state of the art Read 180 program and other extended learning opportunities.
