Students at Willow Glen will learn about the history of artists and their techniques, become aware of what influences them, and complete their own artworks. They will analyze their works for meaning using proper vocabulary. These steps will furnish the students with the knowledge necessary to discuss and appreciate art. Students will also have the opportunity to explore the various careers for art making, providing a greater respect and recognition for the varied roles that artists fill.
