Science Teacher Email Phone: 414-747-3627 Welcome:
Hello students, parents, and anyone else that may be viewing this! My name is Neil Fortier and I will be starting my 11th year teaching, and my 8th year at St. Francis High School. I will be teaching Honors Biology, Biology, Medical Terminology, Geology and Advanced Placement Enviromental Science.
When I am not teaching I spend my time with my wonderful wife, Sarah, and children- Leland, Eli, Jonah, and Micah (the last two are twins!). I also have 2 cats, Zelda and Gus Gus, and a dog named Penny.
I am also the St. Francis High School Robotics Team advisor. If you have any questions about it, want to become a member, or are interested in sponsoring, feel free to contact me via email (nfortie@sfsd.k12.wi.us) or by phone (414-747-3627).
Background:
I grew up in South Milwaukee my whole life and graduated from South Milwaukee High School with the class of '05. From there I attended UW-Stevens Point and got my degree in Broadfield Science, their science education degree. After teaching part time for a few years in the Milwaukee area I finally got a full-time job here at St. Francis High School in the fall of '14. I am currently entering my 8th year teaching here.
