1980-81 Girls Basketball Team (2020)
The 1980-81 Girls Basketball team won the Parkland Conference Championship finishing the regular season undefeated. The team went on to make the State Tournament in Madison where they lost a tight game finishing the season with a 23-1 record.

The 1968 Baseball Team was the first team sport at St. Francis High School to win a Conference (Parkland) Championship with a 13-1 record.

Participated for four years in Cross Country and Track & Field including being a member of the 1976 State Championship Track & Field team. Jeff placed 2nd at the State Cross Country Meet his Junior year and 5th place his Senior year. He holds the school record for Cross Country (15:23 for 3 miles).

This award is given to someone who has gone above and beyond in giving back to the Mariner Athletic Programs. Charles has participated in roles from Student Manager in Football, Basketball, and Baseball while in high school to volunteering as a Statistician, Scorer, and Referee for Football, Basketeball, and Baseball after High School. He has also generously volunteered his time with the Harold "Butch" McKeon golf outing, supporting Student-Athletes at SFHS, for 15 years.

In a time when there were no athletic trainers in high schools, Ray was the SFHS Student Athletic Trainer helping out with various school sports. After receiving his degree in Physical Therapy in 1977 he would continue to help at future Mariner Football Games. He is also an avid photographer and has photographed many SFHS events.
