St. Francis Recreation Department Welcomes You to
***NEW*** ADULT DANCE FITNESS CLASS
Come join St. Francis Dance Instructor, Amanda Sura, in this hour-long dance fitness workout that combines warm up movements from ballet, tap, jazz, and yoga. Every week will include a "Monday Motivation" email with inspiring message, recipes, and fitness goals, our "Wednesday Workout" at Deer Creek, and a "Friday Follow Up" to prepare for the next theme week and keep you accountable on remembering to take time to do things for you and your fitness goals.
Wednesday March 3rd - April 14th (6 Week Session)
(No class on March 31st)
